The company named at the foot of every page of this site is responsible for your personal data. For anything about your data, write to the support address on the Contact page.

What we collect and why

Email address: to send your eSIM, receipt and account links (contract).

Payer name, phone and billing address: our payment partner requires them to process the payment and check for fraud (contract, legal obligation).

Your eSIM's data usage and connection status, from the network provider: to show your remaining data and send the alerts you choose (contract).

Account settings (language, currency, alerts) and an account password, stored only as a secure hash (contract).

Messages you send us through the contact form (legitimate interest in answering you).

Server logs with IP address and browser type, kept for security for up to 30 days (legitimate interest).

Who receives it

Our payment partner (Trezuz) receives the payment details above. The eSIM network provider receives the plan you bought and an order reference. Our email delivery provider sends the emails. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

Orders and receipts are kept for as long as the accounting and tax law of the operating company's country requires. An account can be closed on request; we then delete what we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to the support address on the Contact page. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
