Who we are

SoonLanded is operated by the company named at the foot of every page of this site, with its registered address and company details. In these terms, “we” means that company and “you” means the person buying or using a SoonLanded eSIM. You can reach us through the Contact page.

What you buy

A SoonLanded plan is a prepaid, data-only eSIM for the destination shown at checkout, with the data allowance and validity period shown there. It has no phone number and does not include calls or SMS.

The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination, not when you buy or install it.

You pay once. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy a top-up yourself.

Your phone

The eSIM works only on a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to another carrier. You confirm this at checkout. Most eSIMs can be installed only once: if you delete it from your phone, you need a new one from support.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. They are set in euros. Prices in other currencies are shown for reference at the European Central Bank reference rate of the date shown; the amount charged is the one shown on the payment page.

Payment is handled by our payment partner on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number.

Fair use and coverage

Data runs on local partner networks in the destination. Speeds and coverage depend on those networks. The eSIM may not be used for unlawful purposes or to resell connectivity.

Refunds

See the refund policy. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for a plan is limited to the price you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operating company is registered, without removing the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
